When Can I Get a Record Suspension for a Drug or Alcohol Conviction?

Last updated: Friday, 21, August 2020

You can get Record Suspension 5 years after you have satisfied your entire sentence for summary convictions and 10 years after you have satisfied your entire sentence for indictable offenses. You cannot get a Record Suspension until you have met all waiting periods for all convictions.
